  The food was great, place is clean and the employees are very nice. The manager actually was the one who took our order and she is awesome!

  NO stars for this POS location! (wont let me post unless i give atleast one-but i mean NONE)
  As a former employee who worked for the company for 8 years, I can tell you personally that the owner Craig Ophiem does not give 'two sh@ts' about his employees.
  He would walk into the store, start munching on sliced pickled from the assembly table out of the tray we served sandwiches from with no gloves. I was once blamed for a green scratch pad in a bathroom caddy instead of a yellow scratch pad and though it was no fault of my own, he blamed me and said to my face "If i ever see that green pad in their again, I'll Fire you!"-- (why?) because he would lose a point on an inspection.
  How bout you hire competent staff and managers? Another point violation was expired items. He once looked in the little milk cooler and said to an innocent female worker, "If i look in there next time and see an expired product, I'll take the money out of your check if we fail our review!"
  Every employee who worked there hated him! Not to mention the managers too!! Almost worst of all was the little 'Hobbit Imp' Jeff, who is the store manager. sassy little Richard Simmons who would talk the biggest trash about Craig, right when Craig would turn his back. two faced little sh*t!
  How about the store cleanliness itself? Thank goodness the store was FORCED to get a modern upgrade. If Craig, the tightest money pincher there ever was, had his way- it would have looked as it always had, outdated, broken down and filthy. He wouldn't care, as long as he was making money. The lot is god awful, with holes and weeds and cracking pavement everywhere. His bushes and trees neglected. There was this grand old tree outside in the back, but he cut it down because he feared it was blocking His sign's view when you were coming north from 251. so he replaced it with a flag pole. Four trees that grew for years along the lot line from Walgreens, all died mysteriously and had to be cut down. hmm wonder why? Could they have been blocking the view from going East down Hononegah rd?
  How about the food.. dont get me started!! You do not wanna know how long the burger patties sit in the warmer, how stale and unfresh your fries are and how dirty that ice is. The ice machine that we scoop ice into to fill the front machines is so dirty, i'd find random chunks of mold frozen into the ice cubes. Take it from me personally-- do not go there, DO NOT support their business!
  I was a top quality worker, highly praised and valuable. Glad i left! It was the best thing for me. Stupid i wasted so many years for them. They dont pay their workers anything. Never got a raise, they cut my hours next to nothing. One worker, Natasha, they made her a manager, but never gave her a pay raise for the position! They just made her work harder for the same pay. finally she had enough and she quit! (good for you Natasha!) They will hire dumb and keep hiring dumb, They are in no short supply of candidates for a job, as long as the mindless drones will do whatever they say and praise their ludicrous ways of running things. -
  Again-- DO NOT support this location, they respect you just as much as their employees. Bad food, bad service- even worse owner!
